5 cl The Yacht Club Riviera Dry Gin
2 cl Elderflower Liqueur
2 cl Organic Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cl Simple Syrup
Dash Orange Bitter
GARNISH
Organic Lemon Wheel
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms on the outside. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Express the lemon twist over the surface and rest alongside a fresh rosemary sprig.
